Laser Marking Machine

         This laser marking machine is a highly automated equipment mainly used in steelmaking, continuous casting, and steel rolling processes, mainly for identifying the ID of cold and hot billets.

        When the casting billet reaches the set stop position through the stepwise cooling bed, it stops. The coating spraying nozzle extends and opens, and moves up and down to spray the coating onto the cross-section of the casting billet. After the stepwise cooling bed moves again to transport the casting billet to the laser head working position, the marking machine receives the casting billet in place and marking data in the original standby state, and generates the dot matrix information of the number to be printed. Then, the laser head moves forward to the specified focal length to complete the printing of the ID information to be printed and reset to the standby position, completing the entire workflow.

         Technical features:

• Spray the base color using high-temperature coating atomization printing medium;
• Automatic focusing on the billet end distance;
• The upper computer sends the marking number ID or the number ID to be marked is manually input;
• There is a forced cooling axial flow fan inside the laser box, which can operate stably for a long time in high temperature environments;
• When adding coating to the coating bucket, the bucket lid can be lifted and lowered pneumatically;
• When the coating level in the coating bucket is low, there will be an alarm prompt on the software interface;
• The coating bucket has an automatic mixing function for coating to prevent coating precipitation;
• The system automatically receives the step action signal of the cooling bed;
• The system automatically senses the signal of casting billet in place;
