Detection principle of ZDY-3D150 billet taper measuring instrument
ZDY-3D150 billet taper measuring instrument uses a high-precision displacement sensor installed in parallel in the measuring probe to measure the opening of the copper tube in the mold. The sensor outputs a voltage signal; at the same time, the encoder installed at the bottom of the measuring body outputs a pulse signal according to the stroke. The measured voltage signal and pulse signal enter the data acquisition unit. The voltage signal is converted by A/D, and the conversion result is sent to the single-chip microcomputer for processing, while the pulse signal can be directly processed by the single-chip microcomputer. Then the wireless transmission module transmits the data to the handheld terminal, and the handheld terminal immediately displays the measurement results after data processing.
